Let me get the only negative part about this review out the way. It was the part in the installation where you have to remove that Ryzen cable to plug into the supplied harness. I have big hands but i still cant see this being an easy job for smaller hands. Be prepared for a challenge.

Once you get over that hurdle you'll be surprised how well this thing is put together. They seem to have focused on the wireless aspect of this unit but you have to use this thing wired. You will be amazed at the upgrade in sound quality you get from this unit. You probably think 'well you're just hearing the lossless benefit'. Prior to this unit i listened to only FLAC files in my tesla and i can tell you now this unit has made the already amazing premium stereo system even better.

If you compare this to the insanely overpriced competition (You know which one), they cannot do wired sound. Currently working on a wifi solution and maybe a usb version in the future which will require an additonal adaptor. Considering their current pricing, i cant see that adaptor being cheap. Then theres the ui, its well thought of and when i figured out how to have the driving data while using full screen waze that was the icing on the cake. See attached ui pic.

Finally if you're thinking after sales support will be non existent you are in for a surprise. They will work with you via whatsapp and provide you firmware updates where you need it.

There is a misalignment with the CarPlay icon on the screen and where your finger touches it. It can be off by an inch and makes it difficult to press the right area to switch to the device. Also the device stops the screen from waking up fron sleep mode, forcing you to reboot the car. They did provide update files and it helped a little bit, but I still have that issue.

I was skeptical. I thought it would lag. It doesn’t. I thought it would crash , it hasn’t. I thought it would suck - it does not.
Ok install was a little time consuming in my intell computer model 3 and here’s why. The 21 has a knee airbag
Under that lower That you can’t just rip out like in other years. I had to remove the glove console to get behind it. Those videos made it look easy but once I realized I had to remove the glove box it went by faster.
Connection took a couple tries. The CarPlay avatar didn’t show up til I put car in gear. Then sound wouldn’t come out but it was user error when I didn’t hook Bluetooth up from car to unit. You have to have phone and car hooked up to the CarPlay unit.

All in all I’m surprisingly stoked on this unit. Way better than the browser style adapters. This is fast and glitch feee.

I was worried about compatibility, but it works perfectly! The module integrates smoothly with Tesla’s display, and the steering wheel controls function as expected. Finally, I can enjoy the convenience of CarPlay—driving just got a whole lot better!

Compared to other solutions on the market, this module offers the best bang for your buck! Zero lag after installation, and the screen responsiveness is even better than Tesla’s native system. Customer support was also super helpful. Definitely worth it!
