At Autoabc.shop, we strive to ensure your satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer the following return and refund policy:

1. Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return a product if you're not satisfied. After 30 days, we cannot offer a refund or exchange unless the issue is related to product quality.

2. Refund Policy

For orders without discount codes, we can only refund the price difference if there is a promotional change within 24 hours of purchase.

3. Order Cancellation

If you cancel your order within 12 hours of payment, a $5 processing fee will apply. If the order has already shipped, we cannot process an immediate refund. Please contact our customer service team for more details.

4. Return Eligibility

If the issue is due to installation or setup (not product quality), the product must be unused, in original packaging, and with tags intact. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility and are non-refundable. Once we receive the return, we will process your refund.

5. Restocking Fee

A $40 restocking fee applies to returns made after 15 days.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately, and we will resolve the issue.

7. Exchanges

Exchanges are only accepted for defective or damaged items. Please reach out to our customer service for assistance.

8. International Shipping Notes

• Before purchasing, please confirm product details as we do not accept returns for non-quality related issues.
• To ensure smooth customs clearance, label the item as a “video interface” with an invoice value of $20 per item, and remove the AUTOABC brand from the packaging.
