Refund & Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with our product, we offer a 30-day return policy, starting from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed, and the issue is not related to product quality, we cannot offer a refund or exchange. Please contact us via support@autoabc.shop for assistance.
- Refund Policy: For orders without discount codes, we can only refund the price difference within 24 hours due to promotional changes.
- Order Cancellation: If you cancel your order within 12 hours of payment, a $5 processing fee will be charged. If the order has already shipped, we cannot issue a refund immediately. Please contact our online customer service for more details.
- Return Eligibility: If the issue is not product quality but installation or setup, the product must be unused, with original packaging and tags intact. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility and are non-refundable. Once we receive your return, we will process the refund.
- Restocking Fee: Returns after 15 days will incur a $40 restocking fee.
- Damaged or Incorrect Items: Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately.
- Exchanges: We only accept exchanges for defective or damaged items. Please contact us for assistance.
International Shipping Notes:
Please confirm the product information before purchasing. We do not accept returns for non-quality issues. To ensure smooth customs clearance, please label the item as a “video interface,” with an invoice value of $20 per item and remove the AUTOABC brand from the packaging.
