You need to activate the AUX (you can go to 4S auto repair store).

Great Value for Money

Received the package within 10 days. Installed it and worked the first time. Still trying to figure out the features, especially the settings so I can make and answer calls while I am connected to car play wirelessly. Jiang from Autoabc is prompt in responding.

if anyone knows the settings I should set up for audio control please post a review.

2013 Porsche 991.1 PCM 3.1

I was excited to get this module so I can use Apple Carplay but the module didn't work for me. After installation my display would not turn on but had sound so I uninstalled the module and reverted back to the original setup and my display worked again. Tech support said I probably didn't connect the cable ribbon properly so I gave it another shot but got the same result display didn't turn on but had sound.

Carplay on Porsche 997.2

This is an excellent product to upgrade the existing factory pcm3.0 system. Took it carefully as didnt want to scratch the car, so it probably took 2.5 hours from start to finish. It works great and has really improved the system. Autoabc checked i had AUX available before shipping.

Good item

The package arrived in good time and well boxed, PCB in antistatic bag and jiffy bag so well protected. All items seem to be good quality, fitting instructions probably the part to complain about, could do with a video link to show the install process. I would not tackle the job if your noy happy about electronics and dismantling your PCM 3.0. Seems to be to all working so far and quality of sound is good except on apple maps, just needs tweaking I think.

Carplay in 997.2

Well manufactured, well packaged and quick delivery. Relatively easy installation ,but instructions could be more comprehensive and a detailed user manual would be useful. Seems to work exactly as described and no secondary box to accommodate. Screen definition could be sharper but on balance a really good item and excellent value.
