If you don’t have installation experience, we recommend seeking professional assistance. (Our pricing does not include installation services.)
Q: How do I know if it’s compatible with my car?
A: The product description page includes a detailed compatibility list. If you’re unsure, contact support with your car model and original screen photo.
Q: After installation, screen is black or CarPlay not working.
A:
- Check LVDS cable connection (very important)
- Check DIP switch settings according to manual
Q: No sound after entering CarPlay system.
A: Use AUX or Bluetooth audio depending on vehicle support.

How do I install the system?
Each product comes with an installation manual and wiring diagram. We also provide installation videos on our YouTube channel. If you have no experience, we recommend professional installation.
How do I check compatibility with my car?
Please check the product description for compatibility details. If you are unsure, contact our support team with your car model and a photo of your original screen.
No sound after installation. What should I do?
Please check the AUX audio settings or the Bluetooth audio settings. Please note that these cannot be used simultaneously. AUX audio usually requires an AUX cable to be connected. Bluetooth audio refers to Bluetooth music, which involves connecting your mobile phone to the vehicle’s Bluetooth system.
Why is my screen black or not switching to CarPlay?
For the module box, a black screen is usually caused by an incorrect connection of the power cable or LVDS cable. Additionally, please check that the DIP settings are correct.
For the screen, please first set the correct resolution. Then check that the power cable and LVDS cable are connected correctly. Also check whether the radio has been manually switched off (OEM system).
Does it affect original car functions?
No. All factory functions such as steering wheel control, parking sensors, and reverse camera will remain fully functional.
Is installation plug and play?
Yes, our systems are designed for plug-and-play installation without cutting wires. However, professional installation is recommended for best results.
Do you offer warranty?
Yes, all products come with a 1-year warranty and technical support.
